The word "Ministry" means to "serve." We are all called to serve.
Basically the service of Spirit Bread is five-fold as outlined below:
WEBSITE This website is the basis of our ministry. We update the site at least weekly and many times daily so that you have the freshest and most up to date information about what is going on in this ministry. Our website serves as a launch pad to the sites of our friends we partner with in serving Jesus Christ. Browse this site to find out all that we are doing and what you can help us do. In these last days we must use every tool to the advantage of our Lord to spread the Good News to as many as possible before His great coming.
WEEKLY SPIRIT BREAD EMAIL Our weekly email (now called Spirit Bread) goes out to all who wish to receive it free of charge. It is currently being sent not only to the US and Canada but also to Nepal, India, The Philippeans, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, South Africa and more. If you would like to receive this free email message click on "Sign Me Up."
WRITING The ache of our heart is to provide the written message God has laid on our hearts for the world of today. We have published two full length books (Soul Challenge and Soul Journey) while we are currently working on at least 7 more. We have also released 9 booklets (less than 100 pages) which we know will uplift your heart. You can find out more about those by going to our Books page. In addition to writing books and booklets we appear weekly in a local newspaper (The Crothersville Times) and monthly in a local Southern Indiana publication (The Good News Monthly). Our articles have been printed in magazines, journals, periodicals, websites and blogs more than 150 times. To read some of our articles you can visit www.faithreaders.com.
MISSIONS Spirit Bread is concerned about missions. We are linked with several very fine organizations that use the majority of funds received if not 100% for the mission field. Go to our missions page to see these organizations for yourself. If you wish to donate to any of these organizations you may send your donation to Spirit Bread, or feel free to send it directly to the missions ministry itself. We are not out to "get our share" of missions money but get it into the hands of those who are doing the work and have the need. Just click on the "Missions" button. We work with several small, independant works in more than 11 countries. To date we have been used of God to provide Bibles, food, and equipment to help reach the lost for Jesus.
RADIO Our newest venture is Christian Radio. Beginning June 4th of 2007 we can be heard on six different stations via the Internet and Short Wave (visit our Radio Listing page to find out more) giving us virtually world-wide coverage. We can get our message into countries where the Gospel is not allowed to go by man's laws. However God will always find a way! Pray for us as we launch into this new phase of our work to do our part to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ

We believe firmly in prayer.. We maintain a daily prayer list. We don't just pray once and then delete you from our list. We continue praying for you daily until the need has been answered in one way or another. We have no special power with God. But we know that as we stand together in compassion that God hears and answers prayer. Click on our Prayer link to send us your request.
ALSO if you would like for us to come and minister in your congregation we would be happy to do so. All we ask is that you provide funds or make arrangements for a motel room, travel expense and food. Otherwise we only ask for a free-will donation. No congregation is too large or too small!
